One-shot learning events seldom go far in bringing about desired positive changes in trainees' work back in their organizations; much less in infusing new ideas or operations in the overall organizational program of work. But in spite of its limitations, short-term learning events produce greater mileage by giving participants the chance to meet, share, and exchange experiences and insights together.

Towards this end, SEARCA is piloting this online learning kiosk, powered by Moodle, in hope of sustaining learning gains and creating an impact on participants' work in their respective organization.

This online learning support system is part of SEARCA Knowledge Management Department Training Unit's effort to revitalize its course offerings by allowing its training alumni to keep in touch and feed each other with further learning gains, learning resources, and opportunities for advancement.
